The Smart Cookie Order Policies Deposits & Payments All orders require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due on the pickup or delivery day. Payments can be made by e-transfer to tsc.sudbury@gmail.com or in cash. Refunds After the initial deposit, refunds are available up to 24 hours after the deposit has been received. Designs & Inspiration Inspiration photos are always welcome! I’ll do my best to match your vision, but please note that cookies may not be exact replicas. Allergens I cannot guarantee allergen-free cookies. My products may contain or come in contact with gluten, nuts, eggs, dairy, or soy. Order Changes & Late Fees • Orders cannot be altered (quantity or design) once pickup/delivery is one week away. • Orders placed within 7 days of pickup/delivery are subject to a 10% late fee. • Orders of 100 cookies or more require at least one month’s notice. Less notice may result in a 10% late fee or, if my schedule is full, a declined order (I want to ensure quality cookies every time!). Pickup & Communication I completely understand that life happens! If you’re unable to pick up your order at the scheduled time, please let me know as soon as possible. If you do not show up, the remaining payment is still due on the original pickup date. Pricing Prices are subject to change based on ingredient costs.
