Can I request a dessert I don’t see on your website?
Yes! You can submit a request under Custom Orders and include all details. The Singing Whisk will review your request and confirm if we’re able to accommodate it.

We are based in Moreno Valley, CA. Pick-up details and the exact address are sent in your pickup reminder.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once payment is received and verified.
What are your payment requirements?
Orders of $50 and under require full non-refundable payment within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
Orders of $55 or more require a non-refundable 50% deposit within 48 hours.
Do you charge card processing fees?
Yes. A 3.9% processing fee applies to all debit and credit card payments.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery starts at $10 and is based on distance, order size, and delivery time. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes must be requested before final payment. Changes after final payment are not guaranteed and may result in additional charges.
Do you accept rush orders?
Orders placed or finalized within 48 hours of pickup or delivery are considered rush orders and may include a rush fee starting at $25. Rush orders require full payment upfront and are accepted based on availability.
What is your refund policy?
All payments and deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Our products are made in a kitchen that also processes wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. While we try to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot serve customers with severe food allergies at this time.
Will you use photos of my order on social media?
We may photograph or record orders for marketing and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
