• What is the pickup address? The pickup location is in Winterville, Ga. Exact pickup location will be provided upon order confirmation. • What is your cancellation policy? Orders canceled more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a partial refund. Orders canceled less than 7 days before pickup are non-refundable. • Do you take last-minute orders? Occasionally! Feel free to reach out via [email/social] and I’ll let you know if I have availability that weekend. • How do cake pops come packaged? Cake Pops are packaged laying down in a pastry box. For an additional fee, you can order them individually wrapped. Cake Pop display box may also be requested for an additional fee. • Do Cake Pops need to be refrigerated? Cake Pops can remain at room temperature for up to 4-5 days, or up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. please note: refrigeration may create condensation once removed from the fridge and may affect custom designs, etc. • Do you cater to intolerances or allergies? Unfortunately, I cannot cater to specific food allergies. I work in a kitchen that contains gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs, so items may contain traces of these allergens. I try my best to avoid any cross-contamination. • How does payment work? I require a 50% deposit to secure your order, and the remaining balance 1 day before pickup. Once we finalize order details, I’ll send an invoice to you via text or email with multiple payment options.
