My name is Tiana, I live in Spring Hill TN. As a stay-at-home mom of three, I started baking sourdough with one goal in mind: to give my family better food—simple, nourishing, and real. What began in my kitchen has grown into a small organic bakery rooted in love, health, and tradition.

We craft every loaf by hand using 100% organic ingredients, long fermentation, and zero shortcuts. Our sourdough is made the old-fashioned way—with just flour, water, salt, and time—delivering deep flavor and natural goodness in every bite.
