Preorders - A preorder schedule is uploaded bi-weekly. All orders must be placed within the listed preorder window. Upfront Payment - Orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Unpaid orders will not be confirmed Pickup & Delivery - We offer local pickup (free) or local delivery for an additional $15-20 fee, depending on distance. The pickup window will be shared with each preorder. Please arrive on time or let us know ahead if you need a new time. Missed pickups without notice will be canceled with no refund. If Pink Butter Bakery cancels your order, you will receive a full refund. Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a refund. After 24 hours, orders are non-refundable.
