Hello! I'm a small cottage bakery in Clinton Twp MI. I'm a mom, Highland Games athlete, and baker. I'm so happy to share my sourdough bread with my community!

I source as many Organic ingredients for my baked goods as possible as I myself have gluten sensitivities and was pleasantly surprised to find that this bread does not cause the normal joint and gut pain, and inflammation that normal bread usually causes me! For that reason, and because I want to offer HEALTHIER options for bread in my community, I started "The Noble Loaf"
