Mystic Bakehouse is passionate about food and we believe that eating whole and healthy foods is a radical act in a world filled with fast and convenience products. Unprocessed or minimally processed foods are also a way to love ourselves, our families and our communities.

We hope to offer a tiny bit of something magical for your body and palate that is healthy as well as delicious. We encourage our community to share a table, share a meal and meet our neighbors. Sharing food

The Mystic Bakehouse has a resident mad baker and book lover, a team of experienced associates keeping things running and a mystical cat called Bili who lends himself to the logo, demands treats, entertains guests and can mesmerize you with his one blue eye.

The Mystic Bakehouse endeavors to offer fresh, whole and real foods without overly processed ingredients. We attempt to use natural and organic ingredients where we can.

We also do something here that's a bit magical, we mill in-house. Some of the grains we mill are wheat and Spelt. We also mill corn and beans.

Some of our products contain freshly milled ingredients, and you'll be able to see that in our item descriptions. Additionally, we offer in-house on demand milling for in stock grains. Reach out with questions or special requests.

Why do we do this? Because we believe that bread is life and that whole grains provide a nutritional value that commercial flours do not.
