Bakery Policies Thank you for choosing ELEGANCE|Designed! To ensure the best experience for both you and our bakery, please review the following policies before placing your order: 1. Order Timeline • All orders must be placed at least 4 in advance. • Rush orders (placed with less than 4days notice) are subject to a $20 rush fee and up. 2. Payments • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to pickup. • Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. 3. Cancellations & Refunds • All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason. 4. Pickup & Delivery • Pickup address will be provided once the deposit has been received. • Pickup times must be honored. Late pickups without notice will incur a $20 late fee (e.g., if you schedule for 1:00 PM and arrive at 1:45 PM without Notice). 5. Cake Care • All cakes must remain refrigerated until the time of serving. • Once the order has been picked up, I am not responsible for any damages. Repairs (if possible) will incur an additional charge. 6. How to Order • All orders must be placed through the bakery website to ensure accuracy and proper scheduling.
