I ordered a strawberry batter cake for my birthday. Not only did Brittany execute my vision for the design, but she nailed the cake! I’ve never had fresh strawberries baked into a cake before, and had no idea that they would be in the batter, that was such a great surprise. The cake was nice and moist! Everyone at my birthday brunch raved about the cake. I only had enough left to bring 2 pieces home, which speaks volumes! I feel like there is always a lot of leftover cake, but not this time ☺️ I can’t wait to have another reason to order another cake!

I never and I mean neverrr liked banana pudding until meeting Brit. Ive meet a lot of “But you haven’t had mine!” bakers/cooks and still never joined the club butttt I will say this banana pudding is a league of its own. It is like a parfait and cake had a love child. It’s firm, moist, and flavorful. I love that she is very consistent I have had personal, snack, panned, shooters. And it still remains the same sometimes better than the last! Snickerdoodle is my favorite and the bourbon is HEAVY. she has other great things but the banana pudding is her SIGNATURE. STAMPED. Fall is her best season! The sweet potato cinnamon rolls are BOMB. Very creative and always looking for new things to try!

I give Brittany a vision and she always executes! Every dessert I have ever ordered has left people wanting more. The Mix Up Dessert Bar is always my go to for my own events and family & friends that ask for a recommendation.
