What is a custom order?
Any orders that are outside of our advertised holiday menus are custom orders. You will fill out an order form describing what flavors you would like as well as design. Once it is submitted we will contact you and let you know if it’s possible.
How much notice is needed for orders?
If you are placing a custom order for an event or party, please reach out at least 2 weeks in advance. Any items listed on our website as “presale” or holiday menus will NOT fall under our 2 week policy. Short notice custom orders will have an added rush fee. Your products are marketed as lactose free but still contain milk, how is this possible?
The dairy products we use are 100% real cow dairy products, but they are missing the lactose protein in them. This is what makes our treats lactose free! Real dairy products + no lactose protein= making our treats just as tasty as regular dairy treats without the pain of consuming lactose. 😎
I submitted an order request, does that mean my order is confirmed?
No, orders are not confirmed until you receive an invoice and text/email notification that we have accepted your order. If we do not have availability, we will try to work a new available date with you, if possible. If a scheduling conflict occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
How long do you take to respond to order requests/inquiries?
Requests/inquiries are expected to have a response time of 24-48 hours on business days. Please allow this time for us to review your request.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment will be through Square. Square accepts Apple Pay, Google pay, and major credit cards. If paying with credit card, please note there may be an added transaction fee.
Times for delivery/pickup
Products will have a set time for delivery/pickup. On weekends please expect delivery/pickup times between 12-4 p.m. If picking up or delivering on a weekday, all orders will have a pickup/delivery time between 4-6 p.m. Please plan accordingly to our window times.
