All my cakes, batters,fillings,and frostings are homemade by me. There family recipes with modifications to comply with my food processor license
What rules do you have to follow being licensed in the state of Maine?
Being licensed in the state of Maine means I have had my home inspected and approved by the state.
All products that I produce in my kitchen are shelf stable meaning no refrigeration needed.
All products have to be labeled with ingredients and allergens
Being licensed also allows me to sell online, deliver and ship!
Do you deliver? Do you do set ups?
Yes delivery is first come first serve.
Free local delivery is available depending on demand.
Outside of Sanford I do charge a small fee.
Orders of $300 or more delivery and set up is free
Set ups start at $50
