“Fat”carons are Korean-style macarons, which are larger than the traditional macaron. As they are thicker, with double the amount of filling, the buttercream is less sweet. Most include an extra ingredient (depending on flavor profile) for flavor pairing & added texture.

**Please note your pickup date & timeframe on invoice after payment is received & the confirmation notice is sent. 1. Fatcarons are best eaten slightly chilled as the buttercream could become too soft to bite into! For freshest taste, consume within 3-4 days from pickup. Store in airtight container in the fridge. Texture of the macaron cookie will soften over time due to the moisture from the fillings. All Fatcarons (except for any containing fresh fruit) can also be stored in an airtight container in the freezer up to a month.

Please note that once your deposit is paid & your order has been confirmed, we have already begun securing ingredients & starting the process to bake to order. Any cancellations made 48 hours ahead of pickup date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup date will be subject to a charge of 50% of the original deposit. Rescheduled dates can be made up to 48 hours before pickup date with no penalty. Reschedules made within 48 hours will not be accepted as baking has already started.
