Thanks for stopping by my bake shop. My name is Elyse. I started baking when I was 10 years old. My mom would let me make boxed cakes and cookies. Then my great grandma taught me how to make pies. After that it just grew into something I have always loved doing. I took cake decorating courses and made specialty cakes for years.
I found out I have Celiacs in 2015 and everything changed. I found myself in unknown territory. Baking gluten free isn’t the easiest but I have found that now no one can tell the difference. I put so much love into my recipes and baked goods. Baking is my love language. Only using the best high quality ingredients….. no junk!!
Making people happy with love and sprinkles is my goal.I don’t want anyone to eat my treats and say “it’s pretty good for gluten free” I want them to say “WOW no way is that gluten free!!”.
