Policies
Photos
We respect all of our clients, so we will not disclose the identity of our clients in photos or the after product with out your permission. We do however reserve the rights to photograph baked goods and use those photos on our website and social media accounts.
Cancelation Policy
Orders must be cancelled 5 days in advance. If orders are cancelled in advance your deposit will turn into a credit for your next order. There are no refunds issued..
Orders
Please do not assume your order has been placed.
You will receive a invoice within 24 hrs of placing order where at this time you will be responsible for paying for 50% of your order total. If I don't receive payment of your deposit within 48 hrs of sending invoice, Orders will be cancelled. Once orders are placed I will allow 24 hrs for minor adjustments.
Delivery & Pickup
We will deliver within a 10 mile radius for a 15$ fee.
If delivery is needed for a custom item it will be included in your price.
Pickup time will be arranged for custom orders as per date and time needed.
Presale items will be available for pickup at:
2 pm on Fridays
10 am on Saturdays
10 am on Sundays
