All orders must be placed through our Bakesy website. Orders should be submitted at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability and preparation. Payment Policies 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering to confirm your request. Remainder is due at least 24 hours before order pick up or delivery. Orders not paid per above specifications will be automatically canceled. Pick up and Delivery Pickup/meet times will be scheduled upon order confirmation and must be adhered to. Any changes to pickup/meet time must be communicated and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on location. Cancellations and Changes Cancellations made more than 4 days before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 4 days of pickup are non-refundable.
