The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and my order was completed early and ready for pickup exactly when promised. Every expectation was exceeded, and I am truly grateful for the top-tier service and care that went into making my cake. I highly recommend The Kooke Jar for any special occasion! Not to mention, she surprised me with chocolate covered strawberries that perfectly matched my cake just for being a long-time customer. My son absolutely LOVEEEDDD his cake and treats. I was so impressed by the pokeball oreos and rice Krispy pokemon cards. Toya went above and beyond for my son's birthday and definitely was a highlight. Nobody wanted to eat the cake because it looks so amazing but they are happy they did because it was so moist! Toya did an amazing job on my daughter's 3rd birthday cake. My daughter loves the movie Frozen, so I asked Toya to make the perfect Elsa cake 🎂. Toya completely exceeded my expectations and, even made a cute little personalized gift basket to go with it. I would HIGHLY recommend 10/10 and will definitely be ordering more cakes in the future. My birthday cake was beautiful! Exactly what I wanted aesthetically for both me and my daughter. Also the cake was moist and not too sweet. The icing which I usually do not like was actually good and I ate it. I think I found my event cake lady. lol thank you blu!!!
