1. What products do you offer?
We specialize in sweet treats made with love and the finest ingredients! Our menu includes:
• Mini Cakes
• Big Cakes
• Cake Jars
• Cheesecake Jars
2. How do I place an order?
Submit your order through our website.
3. Where are you located?
We are a home-based bakery located in Katy and Cypress, Texas. The pickup address will be shared in your invoice once your order is confirmed.
4. Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available for $15 in the Katy and Cypress area and added to your invoice. We also offer pickup by appointment.
5. Do you offer shipping?
Yes! UPS 2 Day Air Shipping $16 - $18 or UPS Overnight Shipping $60.
Packages are shipped every MONDAY by 5:45p.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods for your convenience:
• Website payment
• Cashapp
• Apple Pay
• Paypal
• Zelle
Please note that full payment is required to confirm your order.
7. What is your cancellation or refund policy?
• Orders canceled 72 hours before pickup or delivery may be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable due to prep time and ingredient costs.
• No-shows for pickup are also non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
8. How should I store my baked goods?
• Regarding All Treats:
Store in a cool place or refrigerate if not consumed within a few hours. Allow cakes to become room temp for the most efficient moist deliciousness.
Cheesecakes must be refrigerated for the finest quality for you to enjoy.
