ORDER POLICIES & PRICING

Lead Time & Availability

All cake orders require a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

2–3 weeks’ notice is strongly recommended to ensure availability.

Custom toppers must be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance.

Rush Orders

Orders placed within 7 days of pickup are considered rush orders and are subject to availability and a rush fee:

• 5–6 days’ notice: $15

• 3–4 days’ notice: $25

• 2 days’ notice: $40

• Next-day / same-day orders are not accepted

Rush orders require a 75% non-refundable deposit.

Orders placed within 2 days require full payment upfront.

Pricing & Add-Ons

All prices listed are BASE PRICE ONLY.

Add-ons (including but not limited to toppers, edible images, specialty decorations, wraps, florals, and extra wording) are not included unless selected and paid for.

Missing details or add-ons may result in a price adjustment or design modification.

Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order.

Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your quote.

No deposit = No order.

The remaining balance is due before pickup.

Payment arrangements may be discussed, but full payment is required prior to pickup.

Changes & Design

Changes must be requested the same day the order is placed and are not guaranteed after that time.

No last-minute changes will be accepted.

Exact replicas of inspiration photos are not guaranteed due to artistic style, material availability, and the handmade nature of products.

Delivery/Pickup & Responsibility

Responsibility transfers to the client once the order has been picked up or delivered.

I am not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, transport, weather, or venue conditions.

Delivery Policy (Richmond, VA Only)

• Delivery is available only within Richmond, VA and surrounding areas.

• Delivery availability is limited and must be approved at the time of booking.
