The Hillside Bakery is a home bakery operating under cottage law, so no. We operate from our home kitchen. All orders are made fresh and by request.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
We ask for orders to be placed at least 3 days in advance! This gives us time to buy ingredients, bake, and make sure the purchase is perfect!
How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website! Hit the “request order” button on the homepage to see a full list of items. Be sure to include all the details, such as all the items you’d like, quantities, and your desired date.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due before delivery or pickup.
Do you offer shipping?
We do not offer shipping at this time. We currently offer local delivery and pickup only!
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery within a 20 mile radius for an additional fee. Delivery availability is subject to scheduling.
What are your pickup hours?
Pickup is available from 7AM to 7PM. We’ll confirm your pickup time when your order is finalized. If the timing does not work, please let us know and we will do our best to work with your schedule.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. However, all products are made in a kitchen that processes common allergens.
Do you bake everything fresh?
Yes, all of our treats are baked fresh to order, ensuring the best quality and flavor.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled up to 3 days before the scheduled date for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
