Taste is great, bagel is large enough for a meal. Would definitely order again. Have also had the regular sourdough loaf. Just the right amount of sour taste. Next time will order with cheddar.

Bought this kit for our Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Everyone enjoyed it, including my Mom who is gluten intolerant. She hadn't eaten stuffing in years. Fantastic idea!
