• All orders EXCEPT cookies must be placed at least 5 days before the desired pickup or delivery date. Cookie orders can be placed 3 days before the desired pickup/delivery date. • A rush fee of $40 will apply to orders requested with less than 7 days’ notice. Rush orders are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking. • If full payment is not received 7 days before the pickup or delivery date, the order will be automatically canceled.

• Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances: • If we are unable to accommodate your requested date or cake requirements. • If the customer cancels the order at least 5 days before the pickup or delivery date. • No refunds will be issued for orders canceled within 5 days of the scheduled date. All deposits placed for any type of order are non-refundable.

Pickup and Delivery • Customers are responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of their orders after pickup. We are not liable for any damages incurred after the order leaves our premises.

• A final version of your order will be sent to you for approval before pickup or delivery. • Orders will not be remade after approval is given. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming.

• While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, our bakery processes common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are allergen-free.
