Hi, I am Emily. I am a self taught home baker in Upstate SC. I have a regular full time job as a nurse and I bake part time. I work mostly with buttercream. I am branching out and learning to do fondant accents. Allergies: I am not a nut free home. I have a separate bowl and utensils for those with nut allergies but I cannot 100% guarantee no cross contamination
All of my cakes include three layers of cake except smash cakes and sheet cakes.
Sheet cakes are one layer. They can be made into 2 with a buttercream filling upon request.

SC Home Cottage Laws do not allow the use of fresh fruits in or on cakes
Mini Cakes- enjoy a personal cake for yourself. They are the approximate size of 2 cupcakes. Minimum order of 12 required.
