Once again Jill hit it out of the park!!! The salted chocolate chunk cookies were to die for!! And don’t get me started on her chocolate covered pretzels!!!! ADDICTING!!!! Best chocolate covered pretzels I’ve ever had!!! The Almond Tort Cake…Heavenly!!! You cannot go wrong with anything you get!! Highly recommend for anyone gluten free and even if you choose “extra gluten” as my husband says!!! You will not be disappointed!

We ordered a small, beautifully decorated cake for my wedding celebration from Forgotten Flour that was so amazingly good that all the "regular" people there said it was the best cake they had ever eaten. So we ordered cupcakes for a birthday celebration this week and again - rave reviews! The cake is so delicate and moist, not too heavy or too crumbly like many GF cakes. The icing is so delicious - light, airy and not too sweet. These treats are baked with such love and care. I can't wait to try the cookies next!!

We ordered six of Forgotten Flour's carrot cakes for our spring wedding and they were PERFECT! They looked so cute on display at dinner and so many people came up to tell us how delicious they were that the cake became the number one most complimented part of our entire wedding. So much thanks to Jill for her help in making our wedding entirely gluten free. As a bride with celiac, this was amazing. We also ordered cookies for our cookie table and muffins for a morning of brunch and everything was 10/10. Thank you so much!!

I just picked these up today and they’re super tasty. Just the right size and not too sweet! I’ve also bought cupcakes from here before which were amazing, but I wanted to try something new, and I’m glad I did.

The oatmeal cream pies are AMAZING!!! Easy online ordering and everything was packaged so nicely and cute. I am the only gluten free member of my family but everyone agreed that all of the treats tasted great!

We ordered a dozen of assorted gluten-free cookies and picked them up on Friday, February 20 and I must tell you they are magnificent beyond compare. I'm so happy that my daughters found this bakery and I've got to say the owner Jill, has a long successful career ahead of her. Absolutely magnificent whether you're celiac or not they are some of the best cookies I've ever had. It's hard to find a dedicated gluten-free bakery when you're celiac as you're always worried about cross-contamination, but this place is unbelievable! Thank you so much!!!!

I ordered a mixed dozen for my daughter's birthday. The order was promptly filled, even though I'm sure it was a busy time for them (Valentine's Day) and my daughter and her friends loved the cookies. We'll be back for more, and we're so glad to have found The Forgotten Flour!

Between the maple bars and sprinkle cookies these are hands down the best gluten free baked goods i've had in Pittsburgh. So grateful to have such an amazing bakery nearby and it was lovely how kind Jill was too!

The Forgotten Flour is easily the pinnacle of quality when it comes to gluten free goodies. My wife has Celiac and said without hesitation this may be one of the best GF cookies she has ever had. For me, I had to try one as well and I concur as someone without Celiac that this was arguably a top cookie in my book. I ordered a gf carrot for my birthday last minute. It was the best carrot cake I have had! You would never have guessed that it was gf. I highly recommend Jill for all of your baking needs!

We asked Forgotten Flour to make a gluten free, dye free cake for my adult daughter's birthday who is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. My daughter said, and we all agreed, meaning about 20 family members, it was the best gluten free cake and actually literally at the top of the list of "bought" cakes. The buttercream icing was perfect composition, taste and beautifully decorated the cake. We all are bakers and agree that Forgotten Flour's cake was absolutely delicious! Thank you Forgotten Flour!

I ordered a chocolate gluten and dairy free cake for my wife's birthday. The cake was as good as many bakeries making cakes with flour and milk. We will defiantly order again!

I am no longer embarrassed to admit I am a coffee and bourbon snob--and I appreciate the artistry and provenance of both. But when it comes to baked goods, I am even more critical since I am gluten-intolerant and keep pastries/cookies to an absolute minimum in my diet. So when I have them, they have to be exceptional because, for me, they are a true luxury. And that's why I intend to be a regular customer at The Forgotten Flour in Bloomfield. Jill's peanut butter cookies are simply sublime--and I plan to work my way through the rest of her offerings in short order. She knows how to make gluten-free taste seriously yummy. And if you aren't gluten-free, you should try these baked goods anyway to understand that when gluten-free products are made by an artisan baker like Jill, what you simply get is awesomeness.

Jill is wonderful! She was able to deliver to our event venue and help set up the food trays. She provided a variety of savory and sweet bites to accommodate all appetites for a large event. While all of the products are gluten free, they appealed to everyone- no one missed the gluten!

I LOVE the forgotten flour! We found her cookies at a cafe we frequent so when it was time for our wedding (and cookie table) we knew we had to get some. We were able to have baked goods all individually wrapped and I was thrilled that there was an option for gluten/dairy/and nut free (EVERYONE deserves a cookie). One of our guest came up and was crying because it was the first time she knew she could partake in a cookie table. Thank you so much!

I’ve had a variety of gluten-free and dairy free products and you can taste the difference between them and regular pastries. The cookies that I purchased didn’t have that grainy,gritty taste that you often find in GF products. Man, you couldn’t tell the difference. Not only were they scrumptious and delicious they were a party hit. I highly recommend The Forgotten Flour pastries for every type of event and I’ll be there often. Sweet tooth just got even better. If you have events, make sure you include these pastries won’t go wrong and you serve everybody’s dietary needs. They have the secret sauce to the GF pastry puzzle.

These are hands down the best gluten free cookies I’ve ever gotten from a bakery. The gobs, oatmeal cream pies and Christmas cookies were all amazing. The customer service was also top notch. We will definitely be repeat customers many times over.

This was our 2nd order from Jill. We had the brown butter expresso cookies and they were perfectly complimented by the sprinkle of salt on top. Of course the coffee cheesecake mini cupcakes were to die for and the muffins were moist and delicious.

I picked up trays of gluten free holiday baking. It all came beautifully wrapped. Everything was so well made and so delicious. Forgotten Flour is a treasure!

I ordered the Christmas variety platter. First, it was very carefully and festively packaged. I had mine delivered and communication by the driver Mike was great. He gave me an initial eta, then updated throughout the day. As for the cookies -- awesome! I got them for my niece who is extremely gluten insensitive. She said they were absolutely delicious and very flavorful. Bottom line, Jill has a great thing going here and I'm glad I found her and The Forgotten Flour. The cookies are worth every.single.penny. I haven't tried her other creations (which look amazing), but it's only been 24 hours since we got the cookies, lol. Highly recommend!

I got the Gather & Graze Sampler Box for Thanksgiving, and it was gorgeous, delicious, and perfect! I will 100% be ordering from The Forgotten Flour again in the future, and I am recommending this bakery to all friends and family. Each item in the box was exquisitely flavored, and the seasonal decoration items were remarked upon by all our guests for their incredible cuteness. The Pecan Maple Bars and the Pumpkin Rolls were considered absolutely exceptional by all, and everything also was also remarked upon as being of the highest quality and best flavors!!

The box was put together so thoughtfully and everything was delicious. A majority of the people who enjoyed the treats are not gluten free and no one could tell the difference. The maple pecan bars are a personal favorite!

The two holiday dessert boxes I ordered were beautifully decorated and included a great assortment of cookies, cheesecake bites and pumpkin roll slices. The owner was kind and easy to work with. The few things I’ve tried so far have exceeded all expectations! Will definitely order something again in the future!

My family and I are not even gluten free but adore forgotten flour. We were introduced to the baked goods by having them at our local coffee shop. We started having the treats- and my two year old just adores them that when we were planning Thanksgiving he insisted on “oatmeal sandwiches” the oatmeal cream pies. And although we are not gluten free family- we ordered so many for Thanksgiving and I’m looking forward to serving to my guests. They are so good!

The flourless chocolate cake with raspberries was exquisite. My husband said it was the best cake he ever tasted.

My partner is celiac so we keep a gluten-free house, which has led to my abandonment of all gluten pastries. Thankfully we found Jill and The Forgotten Flour. We ordered and loved the chocolate chip cookie cake. It was a hit, and the perfect size for our party of eight. We are also fans of espresso and tried the espresso cheesecake cups, and they did not disappoint. The best ever. We will be ordering again! A while back I discovered a little gem while I was scrolling through social media for gluten-free baked goods. I decided to take a chance and order one thing to try. That order turned into another with two things to try, and then the next order turned into more! I now order anytime I need bakery treats for an event or when I want a sweet treat. I have never been disappointed in anything I received! I have served these gluten-free baked goods to countless people, not letting them know they were gluten-free! And of course, they got rave reviews. Jill was also very accommodating when I ordered while I was going through chemo. Making arrangements to meet my daughter to deliver my orders for me when I could not get out! I highly recommend any of their treats! Not only are you supporting local small business, but you’re supporting a woman owned local small business!

Picked up a few sweet bites for a cocktail party and put them out with the apps—people went absolutely crazy for them! Everything was a hit, and the gluten-free ladies were over the moon. Lemon bars for days!!!!!

I ordered a dozen chocolate cupcakes, and they were as tasty as they were pretty!! The frosting has a really good balance of sweetness and creaminess, and the cake wasn’t dry at all, which is an especially big accomplishment with gluten free baking. These were also really affordable compared to other gluten free cupcakes in the area, but they don’t taste like a budget option!

Everything Jill touches is incredible. All of my non-GF friends and family agree, these are the best baked goods around!

It’s not everyday that you find Gluten free treats that are actually delicious - like wait in line good but these are it. AND to top it off Jill is an awesome human that’s so deserving of being seen and honored for the heart she puts into her food and spreads everywhere she goes. She’s also willing to ship which is HUGE for a girly that’s not local to Pittsburgh.

I ordered a carrot cake and the toffee cookies for a birthday party and I was so thrilled with how delicious both were. Many people commented that they didn't believe that it was GF (but it was!) Just FYI, there is an extra charge to use your credit card and I wish I had known that, as I would have paid cash.

Everything is so delicious here!! So many desserts I haven’t been able to have for years, I’m finally able to have and they taste delicious. Tried the cookie cake for my birthday this year and it was phenomenal! I highly recommend The Forgotten Flour!

We found out about The Forgotten Flour weeks before it opened and got a pre-order of vanilla cupcakes, peanut butter cheesecake bites and tasty cookies. All of these were amazing and delicious. We got a repeat order of the vanilla cupcakes just the other day, and who knows what we'll get the next time? We don't go vegan or gluten-free unless what we're eating just happens to fit one of those categories, but these treats are delicious with no 'buts' or other exceptions. The textures are perfect, everything is tasty and the proprietor is nothing less than a super woman! I don't know how she does it! Five stars, four thumbs up and ten golden flour sifters to The Forgotten Flour!!

As a Celiac, I've scoped out MANY gluten free treats, and the Forgotten Flour has some of the best. I particularly love their chocolate chip cookies. The Valentine's and Easter's baskets were amazing - it was wonderful to be able to try so many gluten free goodies at once :)

My daughter and husband both have celiac, so our household has been gluten free for at least 12 years now. It was our first time ordering. The Easter basket was amazing with so many delicious treats and a great variety. We also ordered classic chocolate chip cookies and sugar cookies. They are fantastic! I can't wait to order treats again.

It can be difficult to find gluten free desserts, especially ones that taste great.. the espresso cheesecake bites are amazing and perfect. They make you wonder if they are actually gluten free. I really look forward to trying more of their products! Jen was super nice and made the order and pick up super simple.
