When Is Payment Due & What Form Of Payment Do You Accept ?
Payment is required up front and reserves your pick-up date too!
A 50% Deposit is due upon receipt of invoice and the remaining balance
is due in full 2 weeks prior to pick up. If you are ordering to pickup in 2
weeks, the full payment is due at time of order.
Forms of payments accepted-
Cash - May be left in lock box on the front porch at the provided address when you are invoiced.
Cashless payment options-
PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay and Square.
A 4% processing fee will be added to cashless payments. You will receive a receipt for your paid invoice within 24hrs of payment.
How Do I Care For Cookies Once I Received Them ?

Baked goods melted or damaged due to late pick-up in summer heat is a
Bummer! We are not responsible for Cookies affected by heat due to late pick-ups.
**PLEASE Do NOT put cookies in the
fridge. It will ruin them.
**Please Do NOT set cookies in direct sun. It will ruin them.
Cookies are fragile, please handle with care.
• Pick up & carry the box from the bottom, and keep level.
• Decorated sugar cookies will maintain their freshness for up to
2 weeks in their sealed bags.
• Place leftovers in an airtight container.
• Do not store in refrigerator.
• Keep out of sunlight.
• Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months. Freeze sealed
packages in an airtight container.
o Defrost at room temperature inside container for
several hours.
o Wait to open container when cookies are at room temperature.
Cottage Food Law & Allergy Awareness
This has been made in a home kitchen not inspected by Health
Inspector. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free.
Baked goods are made with foods that can be known allergens. Boring
disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law.
Your consuming food and with the consumption of anything (including
that ice cream last night) there are inherent risks. Choking hazards,
food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities - albeit, hopefully
far reaching.
What Are Your Order Minimums?
We require a minimum order of 1 dozen.
I’m In A Hurry! Is There A Rush Fee?
In a hurry-
While I cannot accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best
effort too. Orders placed with a turn around time of under 14 days will
require a rush fee of 25%.
When & Where Is Pickup?
All orders are pick-up and delivery in Camden only.
Pick-up time is set at ordering.
*Please do not request an early pick up. This is a side hustle. I work full time and reserve cookie time on the side.
My address will be included on your invoice for pickup unless we are delivering. You may send someone in your place to pick up, but please let me knowwho to expect.
Orders must be picked up at the agreed upon time unless prior arrangements have been made.
Communication Is Key
To get your order just right, I'll need you to reply to my messages within 2 hours - otherwise, I may just have to
wing it (I'm good at wingin' it - just ask my eyeliner). Questions for me?
Please give me about 2 hours to reply - I am usually covered in dough.
What If I Need To Cancel & Want A Refund?
I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted.
Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter and
supplies are already on order. However, the good news - you get the
cookies!
Will You Be Sharing My Cookies On Social Media?
Say Cheese! We create replicas of client orders to photograph these
sweet lookin' sweets. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight,
please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe
with us!
What Happens If I Accidentally Mess Up My Cookies?
Once you or the designated person picks up or receives
your order (thanks again, by the way) it is no longer our responsibility.
We will always try to help, but we’re not responsible
Please set the box(es) on a flat and clear floor of the vehicle. You will
be provided both written and verbally on how to properly store your
cookies.
Cookies should be stored in a cool, dry location at room temperature and are best if consumed within 2 weeks of pick up.
What If I’m Late For Pickup Or Forgot?
Our cookies are best when enjoyed fresh! Please contact me if you are
running late. If your PU time has passed, I will contact you. If you fail to show, we will donate to a family in need. Need to reschedule your order? Please reach out 10 days prior to your pickup time.
When Is It Too Late To Change My Order?
Decisions are tough! However, we are here to help. Order changes allowed until 10 days prior to pick-up/delivery date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small
fee will apply. To request changes to your order (quantity, flavor, design,
etc.), the Customer and the Business must agree to the change in
writing up to 10 days prior to the pick-up date based on the Business’
availability. After that, all change requests will be under consideration
and a small fee will apply.
Will You Replicate My Inspiration Photos?
While we love those inspo pictures, They're just that-inspiring. I also will not exactly replicate another baker’s work. Our cookies are not massed produced and each cookie is made by hand. There will be a slight difference between cookies of the same design. This is a food-based art. Slight variations will accrue. Your cookies may not be perfect replicas - we will try to keep it close.
Covid Care & Sickness
Covid Care & Sickness- We know that you cannot control coming in
contact with a person who has Covid, and we want to work with you.
Need to reschedule your event? We can freeze your cookies for 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest.
If I must cancel due to an illness or emergency, a full refund will be
issued.
Will You Deliver?
All orders are pick-up only. This is a side hustle and I work full time. However my daughters are grown and have volunteered to help.
Delivery can be an option if you live within 10 miles of the pick-up location. Deliveries further than 10 miles accommodated for an additional fee depending on the distance. We love a good drive (bonus if that drive is past a coffee shop).
