I got the most gorgeous birthday cake for my partner and it was delicious. Everyone was raving about it and it was absolutely devoured. I couldn’t recommend The Flour Elise more. So easy to work with and so nice and considerate. Wonderful experience across the board. I’ll be getting all my cakes from here from now on.

Krista is such a wonderful and creative baker. For the services and attention to your interests, you get high-quality baked goods with fun decoration for a fair price! I have had 2 cakes from Krista. She is profesional and always friendly. I highly recommend her anyone looking for a custom cake. A year after the first cake I got, I asked my wife what her favorite cake was. Her answer came out fast "The one you got me last year" That is all I needed to know.

I got to enjoy some bundt cake at a party recently. I was impressed by the presentation , they reminded me of a cake at a national retailer. The taste was delicious, moist and flavorful.

Krista did an amazing job on our life-sized bassoon cake for my son’s graduation party! The cake was 4 feet long, 2 layers, carved in the shape of a bassoon, strawberry cream filling, wonderfully moist chocolate cake. She also made us iced shortbread cookies and salted caramel brownies for those who didn’t like cake, but everyone did! My son, who’s played the bassoon for 5 years, loved the intricate details that Krista added to the cake to make it realistic. We were definitely highly satisfied and absolutely do recommend her!

The cake was, of course, absolutely delicious -- chocolate sheetcake with chocolate ganache and cheesecake fluff -- and so beautifully decorated that the birthday girl got teary-eyed!

I am not local to Madison, AL - but found The Flour Elise online. I needed to find a cake for my daughter’s birthday while we were in town visiting my brother. She made the most perfect #4 cake that had the cutest decorations. My daughter was obsessed! It also tasted great. Very easy and fast communication. I would definitely recommend and use again!

The cake was amazing! Exactly what my daughter was wanting for her birthday. It looked and tasted great! I also appreciated Krista being willing to make a nut free cake. There aren’t very many bakers/bakeries in town that do nut free. I would highly recommend Krista!!

I ordered the Cake Flight Sampler Pack, and got 5 mini cakes for $30. They were a perfect size to try all of the great flavors. They all tasted great. Krista was so nice to work with and so accommodating. Definitely recommend.
