Delicious & GORGEOUS Cakes & Wonderful customer service!

Bought a king cake from Flour Elise, and my staff of 10 loved it- gobbled it up in a day!

Had a wonderful time! We were given a wonderful 2-layer strawberry cake and 4 different shades of buttercream frosting and lots of sprinkles and decorations. We were all able to be as creative as we wanted to be, and Krista was very helpful when asked. Her frosting was so yummy that we took home the leftovers just to eat. The cake and frosting were perfectly flavorful without being overly sweet. We’ve had Krista make several things for us, including a 4-foot long bassoon cake! She’s our go-to baker, and I could not recommend her any higher!

Krista did two cakes for our wedding! They were fantastic!! So very happy with the results.

My mother and I attended the Valentine’s Day cake decorating event, and we had a wonderful time. The host was very kind and encouraging during the entire process. The cakes were delicious and she even supplied all of us with free coffee from the local café. I couldn’t have asked for a better Valentine’s Day activity, will definitely be attending more events in the future!

Being from South Louisiana I have a high expectation of king cakes. The king cake I got from you is very delicious tasting and I love the granulated sugar on the top. Your service was very good and I got my cake when promised. The ordering was very easy.

Several people kept recommending The Flour Elise and I finally reached out to Krista to place an order. Communication was quick and easy. My cake was ready exactly when she said it would be and it was even better than the reference photo I sent her! The cake fed several people (generous portions) and we had enough to have leftovers for breakfast the next day. That is our favorite birthday tradition! We ordered the funfetti flavor and it was delicious. I can’t wait to order another cake.

I'm not usually a big pie fan, but I knew I had to try Krista's, and it did not disappoint! I warmed up a slice for a pick-me-up at work the weekend after Thanksgiving, and it absolutely saved me.

Krista is such a wonderful and creative baker. For the services and attention to your interests, you get high-quality baked goods with fun decoration for a fair price! And yes, you could get things "like" them elsewhere for less, but you really owe yourself to enjoy a taste of what truly great baked treats are. 💗🍪🧁🍰🎉

I have had 2 cakes from Krista. She is profesional and always friendly. I highly recommend her anyone looking for a custom cake. A year after the first cake I got, I asked my wife what her favorite cake was. Her answer came out fast "The one you got me last year" That is all I needed to know.

I got to enjoy some bundt cake at a party recently. I was impressed by the presentation , they reminded me of a cake at a national retailer. The taste was delicious, moist and flavorful.

Krista did an amazing job on our life-sized bassoon cake for my son’s graduation party! The cake was 4 feet long, 2 layers, carved in the shape of a bassoon, strawberry cream filling, wonderfully moist chocolate cake. She also made us iced shortbread cookies and salted caramel brownies for those who didn’t like cake, but everyone did! My son, who’s played the bassoon for 5 years, loved the intricate details that Krista added to the cake to make it realistic. We were definitely highly satisfied and absolutely do recommend her!

The cake was, of course, absolutely delicious -- chocolate sheetcake with chocolate ganache and cheesecake fluff -- and so beautifully decorated that the birthday girl got teary-eyed!

I am not local to Madison, AL - but found The Flour Elise online. I needed to find a cake for my daughter’s birthday while we were in town visiting my brother. She made the most perfect #4 cake that had the cutest decorations. My daughter was obsessed! It also tasted great. Very easy and fast communication. I would definitely recommend and use again!

The cake was amazing! Exactly what my daughter was wanting for her birthday. It looked and tasted great! I also appreciated Krista being willing to make a nut free cake. There aren’t very many bakers/bakeries in town that do nut free. I would highly recommend Krista!!

I ordered the Cake Flight Sampler Pack, and got 5 mini cakes for $30. They were a perfect size to try all of the great flavors. They all tasted great. Krista was so nice to work with and so accommodating. Definitely recommend.
