Terms And Conditions

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your order and chosen date with The Floral & Frosting Co. Collection times and locations will be agreed with The Floral & Frosting Co.and is dependent on time slots availability on that date. During peak times (Christmas, Mother’s Day etc) there will be set collection times. *Once an enquiry has been made the deposit needs to be paid within 24 hours to secure your order. I reserve the right to cancel any request if the payment is not made within this time frame.
