Do you accept same-day orders?
Yes, same-day pickup may be available depending on availability. Fees are applied at checkout based on order type and turnaround time.
A $5 rush fee applies to same-day or next-day individual jar orders.
A $30 party rush fee applies to all party orders placed under 72 hours.
What flavors do you offer?
Our menu is limited and rotates to ensure freshness and quality.
Available flavors will always be listed on Bakesy.
Where is pickup located?
Pickup details are provided at checkout.
Salon pickup will be announced when available.
Are refunds available?
Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final.
What if a flavor sells out?
Once a flavor sells out, it will be removed from Bakesy.
Availability is first come, first served.

Do you deliver?
Delivery is available on orders of 6+ jars only.
A $10 flat delivery fee applies.
Orders of 6+ jars must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
A full delivery address is required at checkout.
Missed deliveries are non-refundable.
How far in advance should party orders be placed?
Party orders require 3–5 days’ notice. Orders under 72 hours may be accepted with a $30 rush fee, based on availability.
Is a deposit required for party orders?
Yes. A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all party orders. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event.
What is included in the party package?
Party packages include:
• Minimum of 12 dessert jars
• Choice of up to 3 flavors
• Standard labels
Party orders are not eligible for regular jar pricing.
What add-ons are available?
• Custom theme labels: $15–$25
• Delivery: $10 flat fee
• Additional flavors: $10 per flavor
• Party setup/display: $25–$40
• Rush orders (under 72 hours): $30
