This is the place to see what's fresh and available each week-like farm fresh eggs and homemade baked goods.

I’m Nicole—farmer’s wife, mama, baker, chicken keeper, and the one behind The Farm Wife Mercantile. My family and I live on a farm in Stanfield, Oregon, where life is full of eggs, flour, and a little bit of dirt.

Ordering:

• Lead times may vary by product. Please refer to item description for lead time. If orders are placed without proper lead time, your order may not be accepted or will be cancelled.

• Orders must be placed by 3pm for the upcoming bake day.

• All orders are made fresh to order and availability may be limited.

• Custom or large orders may require additional notice.

• If you would like to order items for a specific day, we can do that! Please reach out to us.

Payment:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your order, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Deposits are due within 12 hours of receipt of invoice.

• We accept cash, Venmo & Apple Pay

• Goods & Services payments are not accepted for perishable food items. Payments sent using Goods & Services will be refunded and must be resent before the order is confirmed.

Pick-up & Delivery:

• The pick-up location will be listed in your invoice.

• Pick-up for items that are sold as a presale (bake day specific) is available during posted times only, unless otherwise agreed upon. Posted times will be noted in the item description .

• Please arrive within your scheduled window to ensure product freshness.

• If items are not picked up within 24 hours of the beginning of your pick-up time, I will assume you do not want your item/s and they will be forfeited. There will be no refunds for forfeited items.

• Delivery may be available for an additional fee (contact us for details).

Refunds & Cancellations:

• Because our bakery items are baked fresh, all sales are final once the order is prepared.

• If you need to cancel, please notify us by 6pm the day before your pick-up time. Deposits are not subject to refund.

• In the rare case of an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

Food Allergies & Safety:

• Our products are made in a home kitchen that uses wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other common allergens.

• While we take care in our baking, we cannot guarantee products are free from cross-contact with allergens.

• Our products are homemade and are not prepared in an inspected food establishment.

• Pets (dog & cat) are present within the residential dwelling where this product is made.

Product Care:

• All baked goods are best enjoyed fresh.

• For longer storage, refrigerate or freeze as appropriate.

• Eggs are sold unwashed. Please wash before consuming.

Communication:

• By placing an order, you agree to receive updates about your order by text/email/phone call.

• We respect your privacy and will not share your information outside of The Farm Wife Mercantile.
