I have been perfecting my custom recipes for 9 years to help make eating gluten free taste delicious. I have to maintain a celiac safe kitchen for my own health so I want to bring that safe space to others as well. Clean ingredients, hand crafted flour blends, no seed oils or nuts, never gluten and lots of dairy free options as well. Custom requests welcome.

All items are made with hand crafted combinations of flours and starches that may include: Rice, Cassava, Tapioca, coconut, sorghum and corn starch, psyllium husk, xanthan gum.

All items containing egg typically use duck egg, chicken can be substituted or an egg free option by custom requests.

Some items are dairy free, some are not.

Processed sugar is not used, honey or allulose are substituted.

Pure ingredients used daily:

Real butter.

Honey

Olive and coconut oil.

Aluminum free baking powder.

Pure vanilla extract.

No preservatives used so items should be kept refrigerated to preserve freshness.
