Hi, I'm Nicole! I learned how to make Sourdough sandwich bread from a wonderful friend a couple years ago. It was a process and a learning curve but I enjoyed the challenge as I have always loved baking. I started off making bread for my family with quality ingredients and would bless random friends and family with loaves.
It has recently turned into more than a hobby after I had several close friends encourage me to make it a business. After praying and some life changing circumstances, I really felt this was a gift from our Lord... an answered prayer. As a newly single mom who homeschools, this blessing allows me to continue to do what is important to me... spread Gods word, bless others with my gifts and teach my children to do the same.
Follow along as I dive into this uncharted territory! Encourage me when new recipes go on the chopping block, rejoice with me when they succeed and pray with me that I can continue to honor God in all that I do!
