βοΈ Hi, my name is Katerina, I am originally from Czech Republic but I have been in UK for a very long period and Iβm self taught baker with a big passion to create something different. My inspiration comes from vintage/retro recipes and I enjoy to put a modern twist to it.
Sometimes I like to keep the traditions alive π
I also love to create my own stuff, my ideas would come up from a season or a travel which really like to do βοΈβ°οΈπ§³
I am a Great Village Bake Off β24 winner and I cannot wait to enter more competitions π
π§The Different Bakery. has got a 5 star food hygiene rating and operates on Mondays only at the moment because the rest of the week I work as a cake craft shop Manager - including all the baking and coffee making :) βοΈ
