Cooked Meats: Anchovies and other options available as requested and according to availability.
Cheeses: Soft Brie, Burrata and Camembert, Cheddar, Manchego, Parmesan, Gouda, Creamy Blue Cheese, Gorgonzola, Goat Cheese, Various Sliced Cheeses.
Nuts/Pickled/Other Items: Olives, Pickles, Cornichons, Nuts (Almonds, Cashews, etc,) Baguette Slices, Bread Sticks, and Crackers.
Fruit: Grapes, Raspberries, Blueberries, Pears, Apple Slices, Figs, Papaya, Blackberries, or strawberries. Dried fruit such as Dried Apricots or Cranberries and more.
Spreads and Dips: Hummus, Tapenade, and other spreads and dips add flavor and variety to your board.
Vegetables: Roasted Vegetables, such as Bell Peppers, Eggplant, Zucchini, Cucumber, and Sweet Peppers.
Specialty Items: Artisanal jams, local bought honey, or mustards and more. Herbs that don't wilt such as rosemary or thyme. Florals, eucalyptus, chamomile and more match theme, wedding florals etc.
