I inherited the love for baking growing up in Romania and watching my grandmother and mother make the most beautiful breads and sweets the old way, in a wood-burning oven. In our tradition, we welcomed new friends into our home with a big loaf of bread and salt. Our house was always full of good friends and great homemade foods.

My children are all grown up and living on their own, but my love of baking needs to find good people to share with and enjoy the good quality, locally sourced, pure ingredients and handcrafted baked goods they will find in my cottage bakery.

High gluten flour, einkorn, red fife, whole wheat, good brown sugar, pure vanilla extract are brought into my kitchen from small farmers nearby.
