Maple Pecan Sweet Loaf Made with maple syrup added to the dough when it is initially mixed and pecans added during stretch and folds to distribute them evenly. During the shaping phase, I use a lamination technique to add a mixture of oats, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon into the dough as well. This is a sweet loaf that makes amazing toast or French toast!

No eggs for sale at the moment as egg production has slowed for the Fall molt and shorter days of Winter.
I bake one day a week. Bake day being Wednesdays. Please have your orders in by Tuesday before noon each week.
Beings The Crusted Coop is small scale at this time, there is a limit of three items per customer for all sourdough.
Pre- payment is required for all pre-orders.
Sourdough is a non-taxable food product in the State of Minnesota therefore no sales tax is charged.
