The Cottage Food Law here in Oregon allows me to do my baking and share with you guys. My items are homemade in my kitchen which is not an inspected food establishment. I do
possess an Oregon Food Handlers card and have worked in and managed commercial kitchens in the past.

Why are there no nut or peanut butter options?
