How much time do I need to order?
I ask at least two weeks, things happen and if I am able to will do on short notice. However there will be a $50 & up charge to said order

Unfortunately I no longer offer delivery, please make arrangements for proper pickup
My cake fell on the way to my venue
Once it is out of the hands of Crave fairy it is your responsibility and no refunds will be obtained.
Can I leave my cake out in hot weather?
NO! Buttercream will melt in minutes!!! Please keep cake or cupcakes in fridge or cool area. If you plan to be outside plan to keep cake out of the sun, be aware that just because the area is shaded, it’s still hot outside and your cake will melt!!! Unless you have the cake in an air conditioned area you should plan to eat the cake very soon
I will be late for pick up, how much time do I have?
Please, if you are going to be later than your intended pickup call me and let me know your ETA, as I may have plans or other orders to deliver. For every 10 minutes you are late there will be a $10 fee added and you will not receive your order until it is paid! No cash option
Can I change my order?
Yes, but fees are subject to change, you will be charged additionally for any replacements, upgrades etc in lieu of any products or decorations I had obtained before said order.
When do I pay?
I ask that if your order is a month away and over $100 you pay half. (I.E, $200) you pay $100 at time of order. Any orders under $100 (I.E cupcakes $45) need to be paid in full. All Final payments must be paid 1 week before order is due! No exceptions!!! Your order will be Null and void if payment is not paid the week before. You will have to pay new amount in addition to the deposit ( I.E $200 order- paid half $100) other half- $100 not paid a week before due date. New amount $200. No REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS!
