🚗We operate on a pre-order basis. Orders for cookie boxes open weekly on Monday and close on Thursday night. Pickup orders are available on Friday or Saturday 📦Shipping orders ship the following week.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship within the United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) using a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 unless otherwise specified.
When is payment due?
Payment is required at checkout to secure your order and date. Orders are not confirmed until payment is completed.
Are orders refundable?
No. Due to the custom nature of our baked goods, all orders are final and non-refundable once payment is made.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
Orders not picked up during the scheduled pickup window will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
We do not operate an allergen-free kitchen. Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten
Will my order look exactly like the photos?
Our products are handmade, so minor variations may occur, but we always strive to match the style and quality shown.
