You pay, we’ll bake! Payment is required upfront so that we can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging. An invoice will be sent as soon as an estimate or order is accepted.

We can offer refunds up to 24 HOURS AFTER the payment has been accepted, except the n the case of last minute or rush orders(orders placed with a notice of 5 days or less). If we have already started your order, refunds will be giving on a case-by-case basis, and may be prorated, depending on where we are in the process. If you need to cancel, please contact us ASAP!

The Cookie Nook is a home-based business and operated under Texas Cottage Food Law. State law requires us to let you know that we bake in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. We can assure you that every possible care is taken to ensure clean, sanitary conditions. Our kitchen is not nut-free, egg-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free.

All orders are pick-up only in Nederland, TX. Delivery may be an option if you live within 20 miles of the pick-up location and make arrangements at the time of order with an additional $10.

Decisions are tough! But we’re here to help. Order changes can be made up until 4 days before pick-up date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply. Please note this also applies to changes of pick-up date. In instances where you order may be ready early, we’ll contact you with the option of an earlier, optional, pick-up day/time.

Thanks a ton for sending those inspiration pictures! They are just that - inspiring. Your custom orders may not be perfect replicas, but we’ll try to keep them close.

While I can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best efforts to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 5 days will require a rush fee of $6. Orders with a turnaround of under 4 days will require a rush fee of $10. The acceptance of last-minute or rush orders are dependent on calendar availability. **Ordering 2 weeks in advance is always preferred, so we may source supplies special to your order.

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. We’re always trying to provide the best tasting treats to our clients. This also means that we can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old butter and flour prices).

Say Cheese!! We creat replicas of client orders to pgotograph these pretty sweet looking treats. If you do not want your orders in the spotlight, please let us know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with us. We try to be conscious to post photos after your event date.

Copyright images (think Star Wars, Avengers, and Peppa Pig) are protected, and we won’t be able to replicate them baked as goods (who wants a cookie controversy, right?). We can make a similar color palette though, so let’s talk!

You have a big order you are needing for a special event? Please place these orders at least 2 weeks in advance so I can make sure to have all required packaging, and items.

Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way!), what happens to your cookies, cakes, and other treats, is all on you! Keep them safe, keep them cool, and keep them sitting flat!

Once you’ve submitted payment for your order, you’re accepting the above terms, and are confirming for the agreed-upon day or pick-up or prearranged delivery!
