Yes. I do ship cookies! I do everything I can to securely package them to prevent breakage, but I make no guarantees. I generally include a couple extras in the case there is a Broken Betty upon arrival. I do not offer refunds for Broken Bettys.
Can I order less than a dozen cookies?
Yes. Larger (4"+) cookies may be ordered in half dozens on a case by case basis, given my current schedule.
Do you deliver?
Yes. I am able to deliver to Old Southeast, downtown St Pete, or within a 2 mile of Old Southeast.
Where do I pick up my cookie order?
My home bakery is the pickup location. The address is provided upon final receipt of payment for your order.
Can I get a refund?
If I could magically get back the hours spent baking, decorating, and packing your order, then I would offer a refund. Until that time, all sales are final. I do offer credit for future orders.
Can I get a "rush" or last minute order?
It takes a minimum of 4 days to bake, decorate, dry, and package an order. In the event you need an order in say, 5-7 days notice, I would consider this a "Rush" or last minute order. I am unable to fulfill orders with a 2-4 day notice.
Rush orders that I agree to are charged an additional fee.
