Cottage based business offering custom cookies and cookie cakes for all occasions to the River Region area.

▪️ To have your order added to our calendar, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total must be received for all custom orders. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to pick up. Some prefer to pay in full for fear of forgetting to pay a week prior, that is an option but not required. If you have not paid at least the deposit, your order is not on our calendar. No orders will be delivered will a balance owed.

▫️We do not offer refunds but do allow orders to be rescheduled, as availability allows, with 7 days notice. No changes, cancellations, or rescheduling will be made to orders with less than 7 days til pick-up. By that time, we have already purchased any special cutters, ingredients, designed the set, received approval to proceed, and potentially turned away other customers requesting to book the same date.

▪️We do not bake in advance or freeze any orders. This guarantees that every order is fresh and delicious when delivered to the customer. If an order is not picked up as scheduled, we no longer guarantee freshness. If a pick up date needs to be changed, please message us 72 hours priors to your scheduled date/time. Rescheduling will be subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the alternate date but will try our best. Any orders not picked up as scheduled will be forfeited with no refund. We do not have the space to store orders past their due date.

▫️Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
