No refunds will be given for delivery damages.
Can I collect my order instead?

Do your products contain allergens?
Our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and others. Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products and are not liable for unreported sensitivities.
Why canât I order just 2 cupcakes or small quantities below the minimum?
At The Confectionery UK, all items are made fresh to order to ensure top quality and taste.
Our recipes are designed for batch preparations which makes it impractical to produce fewer than 6 cupcakes or other minimum quantities without compromising freshness and efficiency.
We are not a retail shop where individual pieces are available for purchase. Each order is bespoke, tailored to your request, and baked specifically for you.
For these reasons, we maintain a minimum order of 6 cupcakes (or equivalent quantities for other products) to ensure the highest standards of freshness and quality.
Can I make changes to my order after confirming it?
Changes can only be made up to 7 days before the event and may incur additional charges. After this time, no further changes will be possible.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
Refunds are only available if the fault lies entirely with The Confectionery UK.
How should I store my cake?
Keep cakes refrigerated until 1 hour before serving to maintain their freshness and quality. Improper storage may result in damage, for which we are not responsible.
Do you use photos of customer orders?
Yes, we may use photos of your orders for our portfolio or social media. If youâd prefer we donât, please let us know at the time of placing your order.
