Before placing your order, please take a moment to carefully review the following Terms and Conditions. They’re here to help ensure a smooth, clear, and enjoyable experience for us both. 🕒 Please note that The Coastal Cottage Bakery, LLC is currently a part-time home bakery with limited availability. We do our very best to accommodate as many orders as our schedule allows while maintaining quality and attention to detail. 🍂 We operate using a monthly, seasonal menu and accept custom orders by approval only. Our products are exempt from New Hampshire licensing and inspection, but rest assured—we are fully insured ✅ ⚠️ Allergy Warning: Our kitchen uses shared equipment with common allergens including:
🥜 peanuts, 🌰 tree nuts, 🍞 wheat/gluten, 🥚 eggs, 🥛 dairy, 🌾 soy, 🧂 sesame, and other allergens. We do not accommodate allergy-free orders of any kind because we are not an allergen free kitchen.. 📆 Orders • Orders typically require 3+ days notice. • Custom orders need 7 days notice. • A 100% deposit is required for orders when ordering 💳 📢 If you need to make a change or reschedule, let us know ASAP. We’ll try to accommodate, but it may not be possible depending on timing. Changes may result in added fees or adjusted pickup/delivery. Additional deposits may need to be made if there are changes to an order already scheduled. 💬 We want you to have the best experience. If there’s an issue, please contact us immediately upon pickup or delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after the order is accepted, delivered, or picked up by the customer. If you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items and there is a quality concern (as determined by us), we may consider a refund or credit. Products may need to be returned for review. 🧾 Quotes are valid for 7 business days from issue. 📸 Photos We reserve the right to use images of our baked goods for marketing, including social media 📷✨ 💰 Payment • 100% payment upfront • Products will not be confirmed without payment. • 🧾 Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable 📲 We accept payment through Bakesy.
💵 We do accept cash for orders; understand that you may need to mail or deliver the deposit if you are paying in cash following the payment terms outlined above before your order is confirmed. 🚗 Delivery & Pickup Options 🧊 Contactless Cooler Pickup in Nottingham, NH (Free Option) • You will drive up, collect your order, and go—no need to knock or call! • Your order will be labeled and ready for you inside our contactless cooler located in Nottingham, NH (location will be texted with confirmation prior to pick up - we are only 1 minute away from Pawtuckaway State Park for reference!) • This option is only available for prepaid orders. Payment must be made in full before pickup. • Instructions and cooler location details will be provided upon confirmation. 🚙 Local Delivery/Meet up for Orders Over $50 to Select Towns - Free! • Free delivery for overs over $50 to the following towns in NH: Nottingham, Raymond, Lee, Epping, Chester, Derry, Londonderry with a set date and time • Free local public meetup available in Nottingham, NH or some public locations in Raymond, NH 🅿️ with a set date and time 🕒 We’ll coordinate a delivery time and date with you. 
You may choose contactless drop-off or in-person hand-off. 📸 For contactless drop-offs, we’ll send a confirmation photo + message. Once delivered, we are not responsible for any damage or quality changes of the baked good products; the customer assumes all responsibility for items. After delivery, items should immediately be brought inside to a cool, dry area and care instructions should be followed. We are not responsible for items left outside and unattended to after delivery. 📦 For large orders ($100+), we may be able to accommodate delivery to areas in NH that are not some of the towns listed. ⏰ No-shows: If you are 15+ minutes late to a scheduled pickup with no communication, your order will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. Your order may be donated or resold. 💵 Refunds We want you to love your treats 💕 If you have concerns, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. ⚠️ Refunds are not issued for damage caused after pickup or delivery, including during transport by the customer or a third party. Refunds/credits are only considered if there is a quality issue (determined by us). Please see "Orders" section for more. 🎨 Designs At The Coastal Cottage Bakery, LLC, our goal is to create beautiful, custom baked goods made with care and creativity. • Please be as specific as possible with your design ideas, including colors, themes, flavors, and inspiration photos. • We encourage reference images to better understand your vision. However, please note: 🔒 We do not replicate or include copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos, or images (e.g., Disney, Marvel, sports teams, branded characters, etc.). This includes exact copies of licensed designs or brand logos. • We are happy to work with you on creating a themed design inspired by a concept, while making it our own unique and original work. • All of our baked goods are created with an emphasis on originality and artistry. We’ll seek your approval on the design concept before accepting custom orders and will always aim to exceed your expectations with our final product. 💛 📋 Our Menu Our menu changes monthly and features a variety of baked goods 🍪🧁🍰 📩 For custom requests, please reach out! We’ll respond within 48 business hours if we’re able to accommodate. ⚠️ Allergen Reminder: Our products are made in a kitchen with equipment that processes all major allergens. We do not make allergen-free products. ⚠️ Disclaimer of Liability & Allergies All of our products are made in a kitchen that handles:

We do not offer nut free, egg free, dairy/milk free, wheat-free, soy-free, or gluten free baked goods. This meaning, even if your specific baked good or product does not directly contain an allergen on its ingredient list, due to other products being produced in the same kitchen and equipment, it is possible they have come in contact with allergens. We do our best to not allow for cross contamination and we keep an incredibly cleanly space. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform their guests and consumers of the product of this allergies information and this disclaimer. The Coastal Cottage Kitchen, LLC is not liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of our products and baked goods. The Customer understands through their purchase of The Coastal Cottage Bakery, LLC’s baked goods and products that The Coastal Cottage Bakery, LLC is not responsible for damage, injuries, or medical issues that arise following consuming baked goods. The Customer agrees to not hold The Coastal Cottage Bakery, LLC liable for any allergens (known or unknown) or food borne illnesses resulting from the order. 📌 To recap: It is the customer’s responsibility to inform guests and consumers of this allergen information. By placing an order, the customer agrees that: • The Coastal Cottage Bakery, LLC is not liable for allergic reactions or food-borne illnesses. • The customer assumes full responsibility for consumption of the products. 🧁 Baked Goods Care Instructions Our cupcakes, cookies, and baked goods are designed to be eaten the same day they’re picked up or delivered (unless otherwise noted on the packaging). This is when they’re at peak flavor and freshness! 📦 Storage After 24 Hours If you’re enjoying them later: • After 24 hours, place your baked goods in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator. 🎨 Design Note Baked goods may experience slight changes in appearance after 24 hours due to natural settling of frosting and decorations. This does not affect taste or quality.
