Q: Is my pickup date guaranteed when I submit an order?
A: Not yet. Bakesy limits orders per day, not cheesecakes per day, so a date can still appear available even if I’ve already reached my cheesecake capacity (for example, when orders include multiple cheesecakes).
Your order is not confirmed until you receive my approval confirmation by email/text. If the date is full when I review your request, I’ll contact you with the next available pickup option.
If you haven’t received a confirmation from me yet, your pickup date and time are not locked in.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: All orders must be placed through my Bakesy ordering page to keep scheduling, availability, and order details accurate.

Q: Do you offer mini cheesecakes?
A: Mini cheesecakes are offered at my discretion and are not always available for ordering.
The one consistent option is mini cheesecakes by the dozen (one flavor per dozen), priced at $70–$80 per dozen depending on flavor.
If minis are available for special occasions or limited releases, they will be listed on the menu when offered.
Q: Do large orders require a deposit?
A: Large orders may require a deposit to secure your pickup date.
Q: What size are your cheesecakes, and how many people do they serve?
A: All full-size cheesecakes are 9 inches. Serving size is subjective, but a safe estimate is about 12 slices per cheesecake.
Q: Do you do written customizations for birthdays or special occasions?
A: No — written customizations are not offered at this time.
Q: Do you offer sampler cheesecakes?
