This sweet potato cheesecake was everything! You can instantly tell it was homemade and not overly sweet, just perfectly balanced with the right ratio of sweet potato to cheesecake. The texture was light, fluffy, and so smooth. And that homemade whipped cream on top was a whole experience by itself. Every bite had a warm, comforting flavor that makes you want more even after you are done. Truly delicious and worth every bite!

She created the most amazing chocolate cheesecake with fudge ganache and a mini assortment for my mother’s 70th birthday — and it was an absolute hit! Everyone was impressed, and every bite was delicious. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

These cheesecake cupcakes were absolutely amazing! The texture was smooth and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. A last minute favor was fulfilled. I allowed Ms. Sparkle to get creative. And she did not disappoint. She made 6 cupcakes and a small cake for my wife’s birthday. It was amazing!!! She even decorated the items with edible daisies, which is my wife’s favorite flower. I will be a patron as well as recommend her to everyone I know.
