Terms and Conditions

1. Order Placement:

Orders can be placed via bakesy website, in person, or via email. All orders require at least a 5 days notice.

2. Payment:

Payment can be made via Zelle, cash app, Apple Pay or via credit/debit card through stripe. I do not accept cash !!!

Please note: full payment is required to secure your order.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

All Deposits are non refundable! If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so at least 5 days beforehand. Deposits for cancellations will be credited to a future order rescheduled within 60 days of the cancellation date. To receive this you must cancel at least 5 days before your original pickup/delivery date; anything less than will result in a loss of deposit. No refunds. You must also confirm you would like to take advantage of the service at the time of cancellation.

4. Custom Orders:

Custom orders may be subject to additional charges. Details and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before order confirmation.

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.

6. Pickup and Delivery:

Customers are responsible for timely pickup of their orders at the agreed-upon location and time. Delivery may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Once your order is picked up I am not responsible for any accidents!

7. Quality and Satisfaction:
We take pride in providing high-quality products. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days to discuss a resolution. Cakes should be eaten at room temp for best results!

8. Rescheduling:

Requests to reschedule pickup or delivery must be made at least 5 days in advance and are subject to availability.

9. Changes to Orders:

Any last minute changes (less than 5 days) will result in a $25 last minute fee. Changes include: (pickup/delivery date/address, cake flavor/design, etc)
