My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Mariah’s rosemary and garlic focaccia bread! The bread itself was the perfect texture. Often, you see either crunchy focaccia or focaccia that’s too soft, but Mariah’s was the perfect in-between. That, paired with the golden brown edges, was perfection. The taste wasn’t only on the outside, where you see the nicely cooked garlic chunks and rosemary pieces, but it also tasted inside the bread as well. It was delicious with or without butter, at room temperature, or warmed up! My mom, my toddler, and I all had to stop ourselves from eating more so there would be some left for my father! I’m extremely grateful for the delivery option, and at a great price, as our car has been in the shop and I did not want to miss out on some homemade bread. I would recommend this focaccia specifically to anyone looking to try something from her shop, and I can’t wait to purchase it again.
