Store in a Ziplock or paper bag at room temperature. Freeze bread up to 3 months in foil or plastic. Thaw bread at room temperature. Do not unwrap bread until completely thawed to reserve moisture. Refresh bread by spraying with water and heating in oven at 350° 10-15 minutes.
