To secure your order date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Until the deposit is received, the date is not reserved. Deposits are refundable up to two weeks prior to your scheduled pick-up date. Cancellations made within two weeks of the pick-up date will forfeit the deposit. Full payment for your order is due one week before pick-up. Orders not paid in full by this date may be subject to cancellation.

All custom cookie orders are priced per dozen. Custom Cookies: $50 per dozen. These include detailed designs, lettering and hand-decorated elements specially designed to fit your theme. Simple Cookie Add-ons: $30 per dozen. These are coordinating cookies with simplified designs and shapes that complement your custom set. (A minimum order of 1 dozen custom cookies is required before adding any simple designs). Final pricing may vary depending on the level of detail, colors, and complexity of the designs requested.

Throughout the year, I offer special holiday and seasonal cookie sets for occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween and Christmas, Teacher’s Appreciation day, etc. These sets are pre-designed and sold as-is, meaning customization is not available. Holiday and seasonal sets are announced in advance through my social media pages and/or email list. Quantities are limited. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Once purchased, holiday orders are non-refundable due to their limited nature. Seasonal offerings will have their own dedicated order form, separate from general customer inquiries or custom cookie orders. Pick-up details will be clearly listed when each sale is announced.

Each cookie set is custom designed and unique to your event or theme. It is encouraged that you provide party invitations, color palettes, event decor, or online photos of other cookie sets to help guide the overall look of your order. However, I do not copy other cookie artists’ work directly. I am happy to use any cookie designs you find as inspiration to create something original and special for you. I do not offer exact color matching, but do my best to create colors that complement your theme as closely as possible. Please note that I currently do not offer licensed character designs (such as Disney or Marvel, etc.), but I can design a coordinating set that matches your chosen theme. A photo of your custom designs will be provided via email for review and approval. This ensures the overall look and theme align with your vision before decorating begins. Minor adjustments may be made at this stage for customer satisfaction and design harmony. Once the design has been approved by the customer, it is considered final, and no further changes can be made. This allows enough time for prep, baking, and decorating to make sure your cookies are completed on schedule.

Please place orders at least 6 weeks before your desired pick-up date to guarantee availability. This time allows for design planning, ingredient preparation, baking, and decorating to ensure your cookies are created with care and attention to detail. At this time, rush orders are not available, so please plan ahead to guarantee your preferred date.

If you need to cancel your order, please notify me as soon as possible. Deposits are refundable up to two weeks prior to your scheduled pick-up date. Orders are available for pick-up or local drop-off at the agreed-upon time and location provided during booking. Exact details will be confirmed one week before your scheduled date, once final payment has been received. Please be on time for your scheduled pick-up or drop-off. If you anticipate being late or needing to adjust the timing, please reach out immediately. Drop-offs are available within 30 miles of Eau Claire, WI. Locations outside this radius may be declined or subject to an additional fee, depending on distance and availability. At this time, I do not ship cookies. Orders must be picked up or delivered locally to ensure freshness and prevent damage in transit. Once the order has been handed off, either at pick-up or drop off, it is considered accepted as-is, and I am no longer responsible for any damage that may occur during transport or storage. Cookies are best kept at room temp in an airtight container and should be enjoyed within 10 days for the freshest flavor and texture.

This is a home bakery and all cookies are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected or licensed by the state. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of cleanliness. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination, the cookies may come into contact with common allergens such as wheat (gluten), eggs, dairy (milk/butter), soy, and tree nuts/peanuts. We do not use nuts in our cookies, but they are used in our kitchen. We also use wheat, eggs, and dairy in our cookies. If you have any kind of allergy, we are not able to guarantee cross contamination. Unfortunately, we cannot alter our recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions. A full list of ingredients is available upon request, and is also provided on a label when you receive your order.

All cookies are individually packaged and heat sealed with care to preserve their freshness and design. They last up to 10 days if stored in a cool, dry area. To store, place packaged cookies in an airtight container for freshness up to 10 days. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months. To freeze: place in an airtight container and then into the freezer. To defrost, take the container out of the freezer and leave on your counter until soft.
