As a Celiac patient myself, I take protocols VERY seriously. None of my equipment, tools, prep areas, or materials ever have been or ever will be in contact with gluten. However, in full transparency, my kitchen does have a few gluten containing items. As a family with 6 children who do not require a GF diet, we do have a few pre-packaged gluten items. Ie: pop tarts, pizza rolls, snacks, etc. These are stored and prepped in a separate area of my large kitchen. Can you accommodate other allergies/diet needs?
Yes!! I do my best to accommodate all needs! Most of my items can be made dye free, soy free, dairy free, egg free, and/or vegan. I can not guarantee that possibility for all recipes, as I am still learning the chemistry combinations as I go. Please send me a message for specific details and we'll see what we can do!
Can you make sugar free treats?
Unfortunately, I can not work with sugar alternatives. I am allergic to almost all common sugar alternatives, including all natural ones, and have had anaphylactic reactions to several. As much as I wish I could accommodate everyone's needs, I have to protect my own health first. Thank you for understanding.
What should I do if I need an order on a day that is blocked out?

Can I order things that are not on the current menu?
I'd love to try!! I love learning new things and experimenting with new recipes. If you'd like something that you don't see on the menu, send me a message and I'll see what I can do. Several of my items came about for this very reason.
