Truvia is my go to sweetener since it measures cup for cup like sugar. I use an unbleached flour which is lower on the glycemic index than traditional bleached all purpose flour. For my frostings, I use Swerve confectioners sugar.
Why are sugar free products more expensive?
I use high quality sweeteners and ingredients to make delicious sugar free desserts so that there’s minimal difference in taste from items containing regular sugar. Unfortunately, these ingredients are more expensive than table sugar.
Do you take requests?
Yes, I take requests. Since my business is fairly new, I am still adding items to my menu on a regular basis. If there is something you would like me to make for you that you don’t see on my menu, such as certain type of cookie, I would be happy to give it a go. As long as it meets cottage law requirements, I can make it!
